It was one spring afternoon when we, the Sisbond women, first met Kristine through my dear Latvian friend, Inese Saulaja. So, who is she, our Latvian ambassador? I see in her the power, the sparkle, and the feminine essence, someone with great values in life.
As she likes to say: “I am a woman, a mother and a Media and Event professional.” Let us add that she holds degrees in Culture Management and a master’s degree in Diplomacy! Besides that she is also a news anchor for TV3 morning news and her passion encompasses culture, arts, traveling, bringing people together and creating joy in every step.
Aside from her family and an 8-month-old child, she has at home a cat and a dog. In her free time she loves to drive fast to find balance and clear her mind on the long roads around the Baltic States.
Her young life is already filled with many chapters and there are more to come as she continues to tell her story: “I have lived in 4 countries for over a year – France, Edinburgh, Egypt, and Greece, and I am fluent in 4 languages with more on the way! I just love traveling, experiencing different cultures and languages.”
She is a co-author of a book about Latvia – The Latvian ABC. Additionally she has managed one of the greatest Latvian bands – Astro’n’out for 5 years. The list continues with TV roles such as: a producer of several TV shows on different channels in Latvia, a host of incredible shows – New Year’s Eve on Latvian television, host of Latvian great music award ceremony and other once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Her power and creativity are contagious and it’s no wonder she has already accomplished so much.
She kindly shared with us her life hacks:
“Be open to new things, say yes sometimes and think after … and enjoy the ride. Appreciate differences in others from yourself and embrace it, try to be empathetic but not too much, feel your borders and know when to say No as well. Always try to keep smiling. It’s super important to maintain a positive mindset!”
Our last meeting in Tallinn over the photoshoot and long dinner was a true bonding experience: sharing, appreciating each other’s company, having crazy fun, staying focused, having long and beautiful talks and some of that will be shared with you through our social media. Truly, we at Sisbond are lucky to have Kristine on the board. Warm, feminine, wonderful, with extraordinary energy, fun, positive, smart and intelligent. We hope to bring more sparkle and her life philosophy to you through our channels.
