Ordering

To order products, select the desired items and add them to the shopping cart. The contents of the shopping cart (top right) are visible when hovering over it with the mouse.

Managing the shopping cart. The shopping cart displays all the products that the customer has added. On the shopping cart management page, you can change the quantity of the product/products to be purchased and remove products from the shopping cart.

Selecting the shipping method. Products are delivered to the customer via Smartpost parcel terminals. Smartpost is convenient, fast, and 100% weatherproof. Smartpost parcel terminals are located in various locations across the Baltic States, and customers can choose the most convenient terminal location.

The cost of sending to a parcel terminal is borne by the customer, and the price, regardless of the size of the parcel or the choice of terminal, is €2.90 in Estonia and €3.90 in Latvia/Lithuania. Shipping is free for orders over €79. The customer must select a suitable parcel terminal. The relevant fields are visible when placing an order.

Placing the order. The prices of the products added to the shopping cart are automatically calculated and the shipping cost is added. The customer pays for all the products and shipping immediately. By pressing “Confirm order,” a pop-up window from the secure payment solution provider opens, and the customer can pay for the purchases.

Payment. To pay for purchases, the customer must enter their card number, first and last name, card expiration date, and the three-letter security code (CVC code) visible on the back of the card.
